Our parties are perfect for girls' night out, birthday parties, themed parties, date nights, bachelorette parties, corporate events or even just a night to yourself! An instructor guides your group, step by step, through the selected painting for the party. Never picked up a paintbrush? No problem! All paintings are broken down into simple steps and techniques, so that anyone from a complete beginner to an expert painter can have a great time with this!
All you need to do is show up (wearing some clothes that could potentially wind up with paint on them), ready to party! We will provide the rest! We do have corkscrews, plates, napkins and cups available for your refreshments. Feel free to bring any snacks or beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) for you and your friends! Feel free to show up 5-15 minutes prior to the party start time. You'll get to spend time mingling, meeting new people and sipping on your favorite beverages, all while creating a one-of-a-kind masterpiece to take home at the end of the evening! Talk about a party favor!
We require our guests to make reservations and payment ahead of time so that we are able to prepare for each person. Our studio is capable of accommodating up to 72 guests, so we do not assign seats unless we have large groups that ask to sit together. For this reason, please show up early to find your seats! Click on our "Events Calendar" tab to select from our available public parties.
There must be at least four guests signed up in order to prevent cancellation of a public party. If we must cancel an event we will notify guests no later than the morning of the party. At this point guests may request a credit or refund, or may request to be put on stand-by in case we get last minute reservations that allow us to proceed with the event. We cannot be responsible for anyone who hasn't made a reservation and shows up to an empty studio due to a cancellation.

We'd love to book a private party for you and your group! There is no additional fee associated with a private party; however, there is a minimum number of guests required to host one. We require at least ten adults (or price equivalent) or twelve children (or price equivalent) to book. Please note that if your group is short of the minimum, your group host will be charged for the remainder in order to meet that minimum.
If you'd like to book your private party, we recommend contacting us at least one month in advance to avoid conflict with other parties. 50% of the party total will be due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due in full at any point up to the time of the party. Price is the standard $35 per adult (15+ years) and $25 per child (14 and under), unless specific accommodations are required (larger canvas size, advanced painting option, etc).
Feel free to pick a painting from the selection that we have available! We can provide you with a link to our painting options once you've confirmed your party. If you have something special in mind, we can design a custom painting specifically for your group for an additional $25 fee (due at booking). No charge will be assessed for custom paintings that are generic and can be used at our future parties, and as long advance notice is given.
Your group will be allowed the space for up to three hours - 2-2.5 hours being used toward the painting portion; the remaining portion may be used at your discretion (games, cake, mingling, gifts, etc). If you would prefer to hang out longer, the studio is available to rent for $45/hour for each additional hour. The party host may arrive up to thirty minutes early to set up refreshments and decor if desired. We have two rooms in which to host your party - the smaller will host 24 guests and the larger will host up to 72 guests.

Interested in a special event party at your preferred location?
Your party can be booked at your desired location for any time throughout the week- day or night. Early booking is recommended in order to ensure you get your preferred date and time slot. Class location is determined by party host, and Personal Picasso instructor will travel to your location. Actual class times will run for two to three hours (this includes breaks!), with an hour before and one half-hour after required for setup and breakdown of classes (so, allow approximately 3.5-4.5 hours in total).
You are free to choose which masterpiece your group will create! Choose from the eclectic selection of paintings we have available, or let Personal Picasso know what you'd like to paint, and we'll develop a special painting for your group for an additional $25 fee. We will provide the essentials (canvases, paintbrushes, aprons, easels, paints, etc) and your only responsibility is to bring yourself and your favorite beverages and snacks!
There is a $40 travel/setup fee for parties hosted within a 15 mile radius of our studio. Each additional mile after that is charged at a rate of $2/mile. There is 10 person minimum for adult parties and a 12 person for kids' parties.

FOR PUBLIC EVENTS:
If an event does not meet the minimum of four guests it will be canceled. Guests will be notified no later than the morning of the event in these situations. Guests may request a refund, store credit, or may ask to be put on a stand-by list in case we have last-minute reservations for the class and are able to proceed.
Guests who make cancelations earlier than one week prior to the event can request a refund or full credit for their reservation. Cancelations made 24 hours to one week prior to the event will receive a credit for a future event. Cancelations made 2-24 hours prior to the event will receive a 50% credit to use toward a future event. Cancelations made within 2 hours of the event will not receive a refund. Refunds will be given if Personal Picasso is responsible for any changes made to the event that would cause the guest to be unable to attend.
for private and mobile events:
Refund will be issued in full if cancellation is made 10 days in advance.
If parties are canceled with less than 10 day notice (but sooner than the day of) the host may request a refund minus a $100 fee or may request a full credit on the class to use within the same month.
Cancelations made on the day of the event will not receive a refund on the deposit.
